This definetly sounds like paranoid schizophrenia. Also the other questions I asked you seem to match the symptoms of schizophrenia. These hallacination could get worse to the point where you lose complete control over yourself. Also all these hallucination occur while you are awake and not during sleep right? You definetly should see a doctor. The medication they can give you will control the hallucinations. However the side effects will suck. Also i have a question you should ask yourself. Do you feel like something is controlling you? Schizophrenics often feel like some outside force is controlling them.
