The Grandfather paradox? What would happen?

Nothing, because it can't happen. Even uming time travel to be possible (which, outside of SF, it isn't) the very fact that this person exists to go back in time to kill his grandfather proves that he didn't go back in time and kill his grand father. There is no paradox.
