How to mix microphone input with mp3 in Vista?

It seems quite simple. I want to play an mp3 in media player and sing along using a USB microphone and listen to the combined output with headphones. In Vista. Can anyone tell me how to do this or suggest a freeware program that lets you do this? Thanks!
