Why doesn't ESPN cover hockey?

Because not that many people are currently interested in hockey even though it is one of the most exciting sports there is. For people who don't watch it, it can be hard to follow becuae it is so fast paced. another reason is kids don't grow up playing hockey llike football, baseball, or basketball. If your bored you can throw a football or shoot hoops in the driveway but most people can't play hockey in the backyard.
