I need some new eyeliner and mascara?

im getting ready to go to wall mart and im have to buy eyeliner that is relay relay relay water proof and wont smudge and will last all day and i need some mascara that wont bunch your eyelashes up when you put on a lot (i like my eyelashes relay long) both of them need to be black so if its one of those wearied brands that don't have black then it probably wont help me that much thanks
