Help! Does my boyfriend still like me?

Me and my boyfriend have liked each other since December and only recently got together. Lately, he hasn't been paying much attention to me and pretty much ditches me for his friends. Last night he said that he can't really think of us as a couple, more as best friends, although after he said he wasn't entirely sure. Does he still like me, or do you think he likes me more in a platonic way? I still like him a lot, but I'm not sure if I should keep holding on to him then
