Which health insurance is good for me? i need a affordable health insurance. i m a fulltime student and 21 yr?

i have a bacterial infection on my backside and sometimes lot of blood comes out from that side...i thought it as a piles or something. it started from 1.5 year. i m new in this country and i hav no idea about any health information. please help me....i scared if it turns into cancer!!!
