I want a tattoo on my wrist?

Im 16 years old and im thinking about getting this tattoo of a heart angels wings coming off it and a halo on top. its smaller than its sounding. and i really like it. its in remembrence of my grandpa and great gma and grandma. how much pain do you think it would be?? and the price also?? anyone know any good tattoo artist in Ohio??? thank you very much
