I think everyone should have the chance at prosperity--no matter where you start from?

Even if you're from Bangladesh or from the most affluent family in the world....the chance to succeed should be available for everyone, male or female. Maybe have UN schools for every nation that wants them to teach science, math, English or Chinese....am wishing everyone had basic amenities, and at least a shot at a productive life. I'm so glad to be in the USA...at least I have a shot? Am i being idealist? Is there a way to make this happen?
