How do I get my business plan to potential investors?

I have completed my business plan for a new internet, request based business idea. Are there companies that can be hired as a broker to attract investor capitol. How do I get my plan into the hands of the right people but protect myself from being pirated. I understand the use of a NDA but will I even get the time of day if I start with a NDA.
