Do you think Purina should be more forthcoming about where their tainted food was shipped?
Purina gives a silly recorded message and will only give information on lot numbers. When emailed, they don't even read the email, simply send out a blanket reply with the information I already know. They have narrowed down which plant produced the food, so I know they must be aware of where the products from the nebraska plant would have been shipped. I did not keep my empty cans from the past few months and want to know if my pet may have been exposed, but they would rather limit their liability than be forthcoming about which animals might truly be at risk. Meanwhile those of us who can't afford an unneeded vet visit are stuck trying to decide what to do. Anyone that can say in an annonymous way where those products from Nebraska were shipped? It seems very unfeeling to me that they would sit back and let animals that may well have been exposed sicken. I would think that would actually lead to further legal liability. I have lost all respect for nestle Purina.
